Heygate Estate, Elephant & Castle, London
The estate is currently being demolished as part of the regeneration of the Elephant and Castle area. In the meantime, many people are making the most of the largely derelict site by guerilla gardening, graffiting, go-karting and keeping chickens. The local council have publically stated that due to the fact the buildings are being demolished, they will only remove graffiti that is offensive, thus declaring it a massive legal wall for graffiti :)
